Venus Williams will face no charges for deadly car crash
The American tennis player, Venus Williams is cleared of any charges over a car accident that led to the death of a senior.
Jerome Barson, 78-year-old, died during an accident that the American tennis player was involved in. An initial police report found Williams at fault and responsible for the tragic event, which prompted the Barson’s family to file for a wrongful death lawsuit against Williams.
Now, police said the seven-time Grand Slam singles champion was not at fault and “Based on this investigation and relevant Florida statutes, no charges will be filed.”
