US delegate to Libya urges for reopening Rayana oil pipeline
The US special delegate to Libya, Jonathan Winer, called for the reopening of Rayana oil pipeline.
In a tweet, Winer said Monday that Libya is in mounting need for the reopening of the pipeline in Rayana district that links Al-Feel and Sharara oil fields to Azzawiya oil refinery and Millitah oil and gas premises in western Libya.
On the other hand, the National Oil Corporation called for the opening of the Rayana pipeline as well, as it has been shut by a brigade of the Petroleum Facilities Guard – southern branch – causing the NOC loss worth $27.
