United Nations kicks out Syrian regime correspondent for misbehaviour
The United Nations expelled Ruba al-Hajali, the Syrian regime’s correspondent, from the building where the Geneva-6 talks were held on Syria on Tuesday because of uncharacteristic statements against the High Negotiating Committee delegation.
“As the HNC delegation entered for the meeting of the UN envoy, Staffan de Mistura, al-Hajali Syria News TV correspondent asked the head of the delegation, Nasr Hariri saying: keep in treachery ” Anadolu news agency reported.
After the arrival of the rest of the delegation, “al-Hajali ” insulted them, saying: “present the ugliest shows you have, you are criminals in formal uniform,” and rained them with offensive words, according to the source.
It is noteworthy that the expulsion was due to a complaint by the opposition delegation against the journalist because of her bad behavior. A private security vehicle at the UN headquarters in Geneva transferred the journalist to the front door after forbidding the press coverage.
