Tripoli’s Al-Ahli goes to CAF Champions League’s 16-team round
Libya’s Al-Ahli Tripoli sports club qualified for the next round, which the round of 16, at the CAF Champions League after it drew with Morocco’s Fath Union Sport (FUS) on both matches’ score though it lost Saturday second leg match 3-1.
Al-Ahli won the first leg match 2-0 in Tunisia and therefore was the one to qualify for the next round as FUS needed a better score to qualify.
The Moroccan team put in a great performance, but Anees Saltoe, scored a deadly goal and managed to help Al-Ahli team pass through to the next round of 16 of the CAF Champions League.
