State Supreme Council calls for an inter-Libyan force to liberate Sirte from ISIS
The State Supreme Council has urged the UN-backed Presidential Council to propose a force led by military senior leaders from different cities in Libya to liberate Sirte and its surrounding towns from ISIS.
It also called on the UN-backed PC, which ius headed by Fayez Al-Serraj, to discuss exporting the needed weapons and arms for the proposed force with the UN Security Council, asking it to lift the embargo on arms importation in Libya in no time.
