SSA pounce on gang involved in armed robberies in Zuwara
Guns, drugs seized in Zuwara gang, 3 arrested
In collaboration with their Zuwara branch, situated 102 km west of the capital Tripoli, Libya’s Stability Support Apparatus (SSA) managed to seize a gang formation of three individuals involved in armed robberies and drug trafficking. According to SSA’s official website, the gang is captured in the Old Town of the city.
Public Prosecution was notified of the suspects and legal measures were taken, according to the statement.
As an institution under the Presidential Council, the Stability Support Apparatus mitigates security risks, prevents conflicts, sustains peace, and helps Libya recover from major crises.
