Parallel Benghazi-based NOC refutes signing contracts with Russian oil firms
The parallel Benghazi-based National Oil Corporation (NOC) has refuted signing contracts with Russian oil firms in order to carry out oil exportation deals.
The media adviser at the NOC, Mohammad Al Manfi said they hadn’t signed any contracts with any company after the Vienna deal that advocated uniting both Tripoli and Benghazi’s NOCs to preserve the Libyans’ fortunes including oil.
He said the most important items of the Vienna deal that it gave one administration for the two NOCs ordering the headquarters to be in Benghazi according to resolution (247) of 2013 issued by the Prime Minster if the government then.
