According to the final report published by OPEC on its official website, Libya will be exempt from cutting production like other member countries after an agreement was met on the extension of production reduction.
The chairman of National Oil Cooperation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah led the Libyan delegation at the 173rd Conference of OPEC, which was held in Vienna last Thursday.
