Oil is being transferred from Zueitina terminal to Azzawiya refinery
The National Oil Corporation said an oil vessel from Greece “New Hellas” arrived Thursday in Zueitina oil terminal western Benghazi to start transfer 620 thousand oil barrels of oil from the depots in there to Azzawiya refinery in western Tripoli.
The move comes as one stage of a series that aims at getting out the oil (3.80 million barrels) out of the Zueitina terminal where clashes are taking place between Dignity Operation and Petroleum Facilities Guard.
Earlier, Dignity Operation attacked the terminal in a bid to seize it and control the oil exportation in the area.
