NOC signs MoU with BMCE for banking collaboration
The National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Libya has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur (BMCE) in order to strike mutual deals and cooperation.
The signing was done by the NOC’s Chairman Mustafa Sanallah and CEO of the BMCE, Brahim Benjelloun-Touimi.
The BMCE will therefore provide the NOC with services related to trade, business, banking, funding of projects, investments, research and studies in the banking and financial sectors as well as managing deals with firms wishing to have shares at the NOC.
