Minister of Trade & Tunisian counterpart review the preparations for the Joint Committee meeting

GNU's Minister of Trade held a meeting with his Tunisian counterpart during an official visit to discuss the forthcoming Joint Committee meeting

During his visit to the Republic of Tunisia, Mohamed Al-Hawaij, Minister of Economy and Trade of the Government of National Unity, and Mohamed Bousaid, Minister of Trade of Tunisia, discussed the work of the technical committees to facilitate the movement of citizens, goods, and services across all outlets.

According to the Information Office of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the two sides also discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Libyan-Tunisian Joint Commission.

The meeting also addressed the follow-up to what was agreed upon during the May meeting in Tripoli of the President of the Government of National Unity, Abdelhamid Dabeiba, and Hichem Mechichi, the Tunisian Prime Minister.
