Libya’s SSA Oversee Municipal Elections in Nesma
The Stability Support Apparatus provided security for municipal council elections in Nesma and Ras al-Tabbal municipalities on Wednesday, responding to a request from the High National Elections Commission.
Security measures included enhanced patrols and emergency response teams stationed at polling stations. The operation was coordinated with the Nesma Police Station.
No security incidents were reported during the voting period, according to local officials.
The deployment was part of broader efforts to ensure electoral integrity and regional stability.
