Libya’s Interior Minister: Haftar’s doesn’t represent eastern region tribes which condemned Tripoli offensive
The Libyan Interior Minister Fathi Bashagha said all contact channels with Khalifa Haftar had been shut down and the political dialogue participants had now changed after Haftar’s offensive on Tripoli.
Bashagha said in a TV interview that there is no problem between west and east Libya, but Haftar doesn’t represent all the components of Cyrenaica region.
Tripoli has been under attack by Haftar’s forces since April 04, when he launched an offensive to take power and marginalize the UN-backed Government of National Accord as well as its legitimate institutions.
