Libya’s Al-Sirraj meets Muscat in Malta
The Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Serraj, is in Malta for talks with Prime Minister Joseph Muscat.
It is the first meeting between the two since they met for a conference on Libya hosted by the Italian government in Palermo last November.
The meeting is held at the Auberge de Castille, where they will be holding talks expected to focus on the unstable situation in Libya, the aftermath of the Palermo conference, the migration situation and bilateral relations.
