Libyan Foreign Minister in South Korea for cooperation talks
The Libyan Foreign Minister of the Government of National Accord, Mohamed Sayala, has arrived in South Korea for talks about mutual relations, cooperation in development projects and return of Korean firms to work in Libyan suspended projects.
Sayala met in Seoul on Monday with South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha at the foreign ministry office for bilateral talks, Yonhap reported.
Many foreign countries withdrew their diplomatic presence from Libya after unrest broke in 2014 and with that they withdrew their companies which were executing development and vital projects in Libya.
