Libyan forces seize ISIS explosive manufacturing workshop in Sirte
The media office of the Libyan forces appointed under the command of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous operation announced the seizing of the explosives manufacturing workshop of ISIS militants in Sirte on Sunday.
The media office added that this workshop is the biggest place in which ISIS makes its hand-made explosive devices in the city of Sirte, the stronghold of the radical group in which it has been defeated and is now barricading in more than 5km area, according to the Misurata-led forces.
“The workshop is where the militants make their booby-trapped cars and explosive device, which they plant them later to attack our forces and the civilians in the city.” The media office added.
It said controlling the workshop of ISIS militants came after an advance for the forces in Dollar Neighborhood in downtown Sirte.
