Libyan Coast Guard rescues 463 migrants off Sabratha shores
The patrol boats of the Libyan Coast Guard in western Libya have rescued a number of illegal immigrants off Sabratha shores.
According to the Libyan Coast Guard, 463 African migrants were rescued from a wooden boat off the Libyan Sabratha coast.
The immigrants were sent ashore to receive humanitarian aids and then were taken to migrants shelter centres.
Libya has become number one crossing country for African migrants to go to Europe via the Libyan coast and Italy.
