HoR member Emhimed Shoaib appointed ambassador to Spain
The former first deputy speaker of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives (HoR) Emhimed Shoaib has been appointed Libya’s ambassador to Spain.
Local Libyan media outlets reported sources from the HoR as saying that Shoaib has been appointed in the place of the late ambassador who died in Madrid last June.
Shoaib was a member of the Tobruk-based HoR before he had resigned in mid-December.
