Gentiloni says Italy will open airspace to Libyan flights, vows to give security support to GNA
The Italian Foreign Minister, Paolo Gentiloni, said his country will give full support to the UN-backed GNA, pointing that the international community should do so as well.
In a press conference with the deputy president of the Presidential Council, Ahmed Mitieg, Gentiloni said that Rome will host an international meeting to help provide political support to Libya.
He also vowed that his country will open its airspace for the Libyan flights so that Libyans can come to Europe, saying that the next stages in Libya will see more world officials arriving in there to help it stand on its feet again.
