Gaddafi’s son Saif Al-Islam to be released from Zintan’s prison, his lawyers revealed
France 24 TV reported the lawyers of the son of Muamar Gaddafi, Saif Al-Islam, as saying that an amnesty will include him and he is going to leave the Zintan detention, where he has been imprisoned for five years.
France 24 also reported that the lawyers have earlier asked the International Criminal Court to drop all charges on Saif Gaddafi, saying he has thr right to be included in the upcoming amnesty by the Libyan country.
This step could lit up a new unforeseen war in Libya as many of the Libyans think Saif is directly responsible for the killings and torture of revolutionaries at the time of February revolution, which started in 2011.
