Former Chairman of CDA sacked by new internal codes list’s amendment
The Constitution Drafting Assembly has sacked the former chairman, Ali Al-Tarhouni, from his post once and for all, a source confirmed.
The source, who preferred to remain anonymous, said Wednesday morning that the CDA had amended the article number (2) of the internal list of codes in their 67th session on Tuesday, and therefore, they conditioned all members to be elected and they should not be previously under any judicial sentences or cancellation of membership, or even fired by the CDA.
Worth to be mentioned is the fact that Ali Al-Tarhouni received a judicial sentence last February ordering to cancel his membership from the CDA temporarily.
