Fight intensifies in Benghazi between Benghazi Shura Council and Dignity Operation
Violent clashes erupted late Sunday in Teeka and Al-Marisa areas between Benghazi Shura Council and 302 brigade amid news saying that Al-Tawheed brigade controlled Al-Wadi road near Al-Hiwari hospital.
Sources from Karama told Press Solidarity that at least nine fighters from 302 brigade were killed, reaffirming that they put their hands on 8 vehicles, while more than 20 fighters from Benghazi Shura Council were killed in areas of Bu Fakhra, Al-Hlees, and Bu Dreesa.
Meanwhile, fight is still ongoing in the city as Dignity Operation, led by Khalifa Haftar, vowed to liberate the city from “terrorism” in hours.
