Family: Wissam Bin Hamid was killed in Benghazi fighting
The family of Wissam Bin Hamid has announced he was killed by the self-styled army airstrikes in Benghazi.
Local media in Libya aired Monday afternoon a presser for the family of Bin Hamid, in which they said their son was killed during clashes in BuSanib frontline by an injury he suffered in an airstrike a year ago carried out by a UAE warplane.
Wissam Bin Hamid was the commander of Free Libya Martyrs in Benghazi and he was opposed to Khalifa Haftar’s Operation Dignity, fighting alongside Benghazi Shura Council as a senior field commander.
