Dbeibah submits candidacy to run in presidential elections
Libya’s Prime Minister, Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, submitted on Sunday, his candidacy documents for the presidential elections to the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) in Tripoli, to become the 57th candidate in the elections scheduled for December 24.
Dbeibah made the announcement in a televised speech, saying he has submitted his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections.
“There will no longer be war, and Libya will be sovereign and united,” the prime minister noted.
