Court of Appeal in Tripoli adjourns Al-Saadi Gadaffi’s trial, again
Tripoli-based Court of Appeal adjourned on Sunday morning the trial of Al-Saadi Gaddafi, to March 13, which is nothing new as it has always done so.
The Attorney General together with the defense lawyers and other court members were present as Al-Saadi, son of deceased dictator, Muamer Gaddafi appeared in the court’s defendants’ cage.
Al-Saadi faces many criminal charges of abduction, abuse, rape, bad handling of power, and sponsoring armed groups to end February revolution as well as recruiting mercenaries to fight revolutionaries.
