Court delivers final blow to Al-Mishri’s HCS challenge

South Tripoli court upholds ruling on High Council of State presidency dispute

The South Tripoli Court of Appeal has rejected Khaled Al-Mishri’s appeal against a previous verdict favouring Mohammed Takala regarding the presidency of the High Council of State (HCS).

In Wednesday’s ruling, the court upheld the original decision and ordered Al-Mishri to pay all legal costs associated with the proceedings.

This judgment effectively nullifies all legal challenges raised by Al-Mishri’s appeal, reaffirming the court’s previous determination regarding the legal status of the HCS leadership.
