Algeria sends medical aids to Ghat and Ubari in Libya

Libyan News     Algerian Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying that it had sent medical aids of about 18 tons to Libya’s Ubari and Ghat cities.

The aids varied from pharmaceutical and medical equipment to other medications to be distributed to Ghat and Ubari Municipalities, which are going through tough time as they try to meet the needs of the residents.

“Algeria is looking closely at the deteriorating medical and humanitarian situations in Libya, and thus calls upon all Libyan parties to take up responsibility to effect the political agreement backed by the UN to prevail peace and security in the country.” The statement stated.

It also added that Algeria reiterated the support for the formation of the GNA in Tripoli so that it gets to be able to address the needs of the Libyan people.
