Al-Jumhuriya Bank refutes robbery of LYD8 million from Tajoura branch
The media bureau of Al-Jumhuriya Bank, based in Tripoli, has negated the news about robbery of 8 million Libyan dinars from its branch in Tajoura.
The Bank’s administration told Press Solidarity Thursday that this sum was actually sent to the branches in the western mountain district and Gharyan city to be distributed there for citizens.
Over the last two days, social media and media outlets spread the news about robbery of 8 million dinars due to a bank robbery by a gang in Tajoura.
