Libyan Notables Reconciliation Council condemns abduction of Ben Niran
The Libyan Notables Reconciliation Council has condemned the abduction of the council member, Ali Ben Niran and called on the kidnappers to immediately release him, pointing out that they will be held responsible for any harm that he experiences.
In a statement Saturday, the council urged Tripoli security departments to assume their responsibility for the citizens and their properties, blaming what it called the decision makers for the deterioration of the security and living conditions in the country.
“All Libyans must get together and renounce tribalism and regionalism thoughts to help make Libya a united country for all.” The council added.
