Tripoli-based NOC: oil production can recover in no less than three years
The Tripoli-based National Oil Corporation (NOC) said that for the oil production to go back as it were before 2011, there should be a span of two or three years of work.
In a press statement, an official in the NOC said that reproducing oil as before the revolution can take as long as to the end of 2017-2018 to go back to its normal state, if the NOC was able to afford the costs of the maintenance he added.
The NOC official said that this state came about due to the political conflict in the country and the war within the cities across Libya.
