State Supreme Council sends copies of the amended constitutional declaration to state institutions
The State Supreme Council (SSC) sent Monday copies of the amended constitutional declaration to a number of state institutions as per the political agreement signed September 17, 2015, which is part of the he constitutional declaration as the SSC said.
The copies of the amended constitutional declaration went to the General National Congress, House of Representatives, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Head of the Audit Bureau, Chairman of the Supreme Court, and the Head if Administrative Control Authority.
The amendment done to the constitutional declaration on April 7th cancels all the items that go at odd with the political agreement, and it has been valid since then as the SSC declared.
