World Bank move to reopen offices in Libya

The Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, has discussed with the Vice President of the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa, the reopening of the World Bank office in Libya.

This came on the sidelines of the World Bank Spring Meetings and the International Monetary Fund, according to the Information Office of the Ministry of Finance.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop and enhance joint cooperation between the two sides and to reformulate the Qatari partnership memorandum between the Bank and the State of Libya.
