Libya receives credentials from eight new ambassadors
The Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, received Monday credentials of new resident ambassadors to Libya from the Netherlands, Qatar, Algeria, Niger, and Canada.
Menfi also received in Tripoli the credentials of the non-resident ambassadors of Sri Lanka, Norway, India, and Switzerland.
The Head of the Presidential Council reiterated stability of Libya’s relations with the countries of the new ambassadors, wishing them well in their upcoming tasks, while the ambassadors hailed the efforts of the Presidential Council in the country and stressed the need for establishing firm relations with Libya.
