A source revealed to Libyan Express that the date of the Lausanne meeting, which will bring together 51 members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) in Switzerland, has been changed from September 18 and 19 to September 15 and 16.

Libyan Express learned that the first day of the meeting will be launched under the title “Saving the Roadmap” and will focus on ways to push towards “restoring” the roadmap and offering the required concessions from the concerned parties.

On the second day, the consultations will focus on December 24 elections and their importance to the Libyan public.

Identical sources suggested to Libyan Express that there is a desire to push for parliamentary elections and postpone the presidential ones.
