Libya’s ACA examines diplomatic and foreign services restructuring processes
Libya's Foreign Minister and head of the Administrative Control Authority discuss ways to reorganize the country's diplomatic missions
Sulaiman Al-Shinti, Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority (ACA), and Najla Al-Mangoush, Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a meeting at the Administrative Control Authority’s headquarters in Tripoli.
A briefing was held during which the Minister provided the Chairman of the Commission with an overview of the actions taken to reorganize the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in accordance with existing laws and regulations, to ensure that Libyan diplomacy is strengthened abroad, and to train youth operatives to take on leadership roles in the Ministry’s future work.
According to the Information Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chairman expressed his gratitude to the Ministry for the efforts made to organize its work, indicating its willingness to provide all facilities and administrative advice necessary for the Ministry’s success, and emphasizing that they would continue to cooperate in the future.
Also discussed were obstacles in the Ministry’s operations and how to demonstrate them to senior officials and the public.
