Medical supplies and equipment provided to health facilities in Sirte
Sirte's medical facilities have been provided with a slew of equipment and supplies to deliver adequate healthcare to resident of the region
Two ultrasound imaging devices, six patient monitors, one ventilator, one radiography ultrasound device (Bucky chest X Ray), a DUO Diagnostic gadget, an MRI machine, and replacement parts for a Cardiac catheterization device were among the equipment.
A mapping device, an embryo mapping device, and operational requirements for the radiology department, ECG, and CTG were also sent to the hospital.
An ultrasound imaging device, an anaesthetic machine, an X-Ray system with films, and 50 oxygen cylinders were also brought to the Sirte clinic complex.
For early identification of breast cancer, medical orders, high care, the Sirte oncology centre’s haematology unit, and a mobile car were provided to the centre.
The work of the Bo Hadi Village Hospital has also been approved.
Following his direct visits to medical institutions in more than two-thirds of the country, the Minister of Health has pledged to supply all health facilities in all regions of the country with the equipment they need to deliver adequate treatment to Libyans across the country.
