Libya’s Al-Sirraj in Niger to attend extraordinary African Union summit
The Head of the Libyan Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj arrived Saturday in Niger’s capital to attend the extraordinary summit of the African Union to discuss issues of the continent and the developments in Libya.
Al-Sirraj will be delivering a speech at the summit to detail the ongoing fighting and crisis in Libya.
The summit kicks off Sunday and discusses the issues pertaining to security, economy and politics in the African continent.
Al-Sirraj arrived in Niger coming from his one-day visit to Turkey, where he met President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and activated joint military and security commitments.
