Sirte University resumes study on April 30
The University of Sirte is going to reopen on April 30, said the university’s dean and staffers.
According to the sources, the service work will be done soon in order to fix the damage that was done to the university’s buildings during the battle against IS militants.
The resumption decision was taken in the exceptional meeting that was held on Saturday in the presence of the heads of departments, the head of the Sirte damage control commision and other officials in Tripoli.
The meeting also resulted in urging the teaching staff of Sirte University to start their teaching lectures in Sirte-based faculties and to set the rules for starting the study as scheduled.
