Austrian Foreign Ministry confirmed Wednesday the release of its citizen, Dalibor, from under the grip of IS in Libya, saying that he arrived in Vienna in good conditions.

Moreover, another IS hostage, a Serbian national, was released as well alongside the Austrian one, who both were first guarded to Malta, according to the Austrian News Agency (ANA).

The Austrian, Dalibor, was abducted in March 2015 with other six persons in a terrorist attack on Al-Ghani oil port in Zella town, 750 km from Tripoli, and then he was taken to the north, according to the ANA.
