Manchester United plays Arsenal in a steamy Premier League match
Not only is Manchester United vs Arsenal one of the biggest club rivalries in English football, it is now host to one of the most bitter managerial rivalries of recent times.
Sure, Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson weren’t exactly best mates for a long time, but even their relationship mellowed towards the end, and in Jose Mourinho, Wenger faces an opponent who couldn’t be more different in terms of tactics, philosophy or overall conduct.
Neither will want to be the focus of the post-match headlines this weekend if they get a big decision wrong in this game, and going into the match there seems to be plenty of potential for slip-ups.
Both sides are missing big names, and how to go about replacing them is not immediately obvious in either side’s case.
Mourinho in particular is also unsure about certain members of this United squad, and who he trusts to take on the Gunners tomorrow could have a major sway as to how this result goes.
