Tobrouk-based HoR fails to meet despite full quorum
The Tobruk-based House of Representatives has failed to meet again despite reaching a full quorum as more than 130 members arrived in Dar Essalam hotel, where it is holding the session.
Sources said the reason behind the failure is the same dispute about article 8 from the political agreement and some opposing members to the UN-backed GNA.
