Misurata-based brigades parade their military might in Tripoli to support GNC
A number of Brigades and infantry forces paraded on Friday evening on the streets of Tripoli and in the vicinity of the guest palaces where the High Council of State is located to show support for the General National Congress (GNC).
Brigades like Misurata-based Al-Marsa and 315 infantry went in procession along the streets and roads inside the capital showing off their military might in a message to the rival Government of National Accord forces.
The step is seen by political as a new spark for new armed conflict in the capital that could this time deliver a fatal blow to peaceful transition of power and democracy in Libya.
