Khalifa Haftar says Egypt and Chad are his top supporters
Dignity Operation leader Khalifa Haftar said in an interview with Russian news agency Sputnik that Chad and Egypt are the top supporting countries giving him military and other forms of support, while other neighbouring countries are very hesitant.
On Monday, Sputnik reported Haftar as saying that he is using foreign experts data analysis tasks and military training for his forces’ special missions.
“Egypt is taking the burden of securing our borders as it has bigger military might than we do.” Haftar indicated.
He also said thar the UNSMIL bears most of the responsibility for how the political scene has been shaped in Libya as it did not achieve anything positive in its mission that has entered its fourth year now.
